All of our books are printed in Canada.
Do You Sell Books at Store Front Locations?
Yes. At the moment, our books can be found at Think Outside The Box located in Torbay, Newfoundland.
How Can I Work with Be Proud Publishing?
At this current moment, we are not accepting projects for submission. However, if you're interested in implementing our books into your business for sale, please contact us here.
How do You Package Your Products for Shipping?
First, we reinforce all orders with an eco-friendly moisture protection pack. Then, we place and seal all orders in an eco-friendly, custom-sized packet.
What Courier do You Use to Ship Orders?
We use Canada Post, and mail all orders with standard rates. Standard rates are 5-7 business days for letter size, and 11 business days for parcels within Canada. Orders of 2 or more books will be classified as a parcel due to size, which will increase the cost of shipping, as well as provide you with a tracking number. Please allot for more time on orders shipping outside of Canada.
When Will Orders Ship Out?
Orders ship out within 1-2 days after purchase.
Can I Expedite My Purchase?
Yes. We can expedite your purchase upon request. If you have already made your purchase and paid for shipping through our website, contact us here, and we will make all required changes to meet your needs as long as the package has not yet been shipped. This action may require an additional charge to your original invoice.
Do You Ship Outside of Canada?
Yes. We will accommodate orders all around the world. Please note, shipping rates and times outside of Canada are higher than our standard rates within Canada.
Can I Ship to Another Address as a Gift?
Yes. We can ship to another address as a gift. We can also provide a small personalized card and gift wrapping service for an additional cost. Please contact us directly for details.
Can I Purchase Books in Bulk?
Yes. We will sell books in bulk to vendors, schools, libraries, and other educational organizations. For details, contact us here.
Can I Cancel/Return My Order?
Yes. If you change your mind about your purchase and your order has not yet been shipped, we can simply cancel your order and return charges to your account. If you received your order and are dissatisfied with the product, we can also apply a return to your account upon receiving the product in its original condition at our warehouse. It's the buyer's responsibly to pay for shipping on all returning orders. Please inform us if you decide to return a product prior to shipping.
